Rodney Kinlaw is an ambitious individual from Charleston, South Carolina, who values family, hard work, and community. In High School, Rodney was a standout running back and defensive back who then went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University. He is recognized as a 4-year letterman under the tutelage of legendary coach Joe Paterno. Rodney finished his collegiate career as the 11th running back in Penn State history to reach 1,000 yards in a single season and was awarded the Alamo Bowl MVP in 2007. Prior to starting his corporate career, Rodney played professional football in the NFL & CFL with the New York Jets, Detroit Lions, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Edmonton Eskimos, Omaha Beef, and Monchengladbach Mavericks. Through this experience, he learned the importance of perseverance and identifying how to leverage his transferable skills.

Rodney currently lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife Bourgogne, daughter Reagan and dog, Buddy. Rodney is now a Talent Acquisition business leader helping companies build high-performing teams and processes all across the world.
